Gather your supplies

(You will need)

8 -9 Cold Fresh Apples

420ml Heavy Cream

400g Brown Sugar

56g Butter

100g Salted Caramel Sugar Pearls

100g Toffee Pieces

100g Caramel Truffle Cubes

8-9 skewers/ ice lolly sticks

50g white chocolate for decoration (optional)

Step 1: Prepare the apples

Wash and dry your apples thoroughly. Remove any stems or leaves, and insert a wooden skewer or ice lolly stick into the top of each apple.

Step 2: Prepare the caramel sauce

Combine your heavy cream, brown sugar and butter in a sauce pan over a medium heat, stir until fully combined and continue to stir over heat until the caramel has thickened.

Step 3: Dip and swirl

Now comes the fun part! Whilst the caramel is still warm, dip each apple into the caramel, making sure to coat it evenly. Give it a little swirl to let any excess caramel drip off.

Step 4: Get creative with toppings

Here's where you can let your imagination run wild. Sprinkle the salted caramel sugar pearls, toffee pieces and caramel truffle cubes all over the caramel-coated apples. Don't be shy - the more, the merrier! You can even get fancy and drizzle some melted white chocolate on top for an added touch of decadence.

Step 5: Let them set

Place your masterpiece toffee apples on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set for at least 30 minutes. This will give the caramel a chance to harden and the toppings to adhere to the apples.

Step 6: Indulge and enjoy!
